• Cancellation- We understand that plans can change and will always take individual circumstances into consideration, however cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% overall charge. 
• Lateness- We expect our clients to board our mini buses in a prior arranged timely manner. lateness, in particular around our airport transfer bookings can sometimes be expected, good communication with us directly for any lateness prior to booking time is acceptable and will not incur a charge. If you arrive in late to the airport and have not communicated with us prior there will be a set £10 charge for every 30 minutes that our driver is waiting past the booking time. 
• Cleaning- Being a family run business we will not charge for any mess caused by children. Any form of illness will not be charge unless self inflicted i.e excessively intoxicated. Please always be honest with our drivers of any unexpected cleaning that will be required.
• Damage- You (the leading passenger) will be required to cover the cost of any damage done to the mini bus during your travels.
• Food and Drink- We are happy for our passengers to eat and drink as they wish we just ask all rubbish to be disposed off when disembarking our mini bus.
